VOLLEYBALL MANAGEMENT MASTER
3RD EDITION - 2026
The Volleyball Management Academic Master, 3rd edition, is a comprehensive training programme designed to develop the professionals who will work in volleyball club management at every level of the sport.
The course takes place online via live streaming and on demand, with schedules compatible with work and study. The program includes a final in-person workshop in Misano Adriatico, where participants meet industry professionals and experience a direct immersion in the world of volleyball.
Upon completing the programme, eligible participants will receive a certificate of attendance and access to internship opportunities at partner clubs.

Programme
VOLLEYBALL CLUB MANAGEMENT:
ADMINISTRATION, REGULATIONS AND SPORTS REFORM
Volleyball and its institutions: FIVB, FIPAV and national leagues. Regulatory references: FIVB and FIPAV statutes and regulations, affiliation and competition rules. The Italian sports system: national sports structures, CONI and Sport e Salute. Essential rules: constitutional principles and national sports legislation.
The Italian Volleyball Federation: functions, roles and federation regulations. Related rules: FIPAV statutes, sports justice and registration regulations. Territorial bodies and leagues, regional and territorial committees, and men's and women's leagues. Regulatory references: federation organisational regulations.
Sports clubs and associations: incorporation, financial statements and tax regulations. Essential tax matters: reporting and basic tax obligations. Main rules: tax regimes for amateur sports associations and companies. Sports reform: key changes and their impact on club management. References: legislative decrees implementing the Sports Reform.
Sports employment: roles, protections and obligations. Reference legislation: sports employment regulations. National Register of Sports Activities: purpose, registration and maintenance. Basic rules: regulations governing the National Register of Amateur Sports Activities. Abolition of the sports restriction and training compensation: meaning and general rules. Related provisions: federation rules and national legislation on sports restrictions.
