We train managers for the future of volleyball
The advanced training course in Volleyball Management responds to a specific demand for professionalism that the world of volleyball has needed for years now, especially in Italy where there has never been a training course of this type capable of providing the managers of the future with the necessary and specific skills to be able to work even in the international field.
This pathway is intended for high school graduates, college graduates, athletes and managers with strong motivation to pursue a career in volleyball.

The course will take place online from March 2026, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 20:00 to 22:00, for a total of 80 total training hours and will end with a full day in-person in Pesaro before the final internship in our Partner Companies.
The course is reserved for a maximum of 20 students with a Secondary School Diploma; access to the educational pathway is subject to a pre-assessment of the Curriculum Vitae combined with a motivational and self-presentation letter from the candidates.
Admission to the Volleyball Management course is subject to passing a selection which will be followed by the registration fee procedure of € 2,500, including VAT, payable in a lump sum or with the possibility of deferment up to 12 months.
Included in the course is English language certification Level B2.
ONLINE & STREAMING
The online classes, taught by professional managers and technicians, will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8-10 p.m. starting in March 2026 and will remain available to trainees via streaming.
WORKSHOP
The final day of the training will be held in Pesaro with practical activities of preparing one's C.V., simulating the job interview, and presenting the final papers.
FINAL STAGE.
The real added value of this pathway is the opportunity offered to the trainees to do a curricular internship with our Partners lasting 3/6 months.

The course in VOLLEYBALL MANAGEMENT has a duration of 80 hours in online mode, from March 2026, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8-10 p.m. taught by professional managers and coaches.
An in-person day in Pesaro with several practical activities is planned at the end of the course before the final internship.
